- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This has been a horrible experience. They have been denying any tests ordered by my orthopedic surgeon after a horrific car accident. They are making me jump thru hoops just to get anything covered. They only pay for what they think a doctor should charge and I am stuck paying for the rest. I am now hundreds of dollars in debt. My co pay is huge. I'm glad that the state of CT is investigating them. They received federal money to run this company. My hope is that there are criminal Charges filed as they are putting peoples lives at risk by denying coverage.
